                         ORIGINAL 48 PRINTED PHONIC GAMEBOARDS

The Original 48 Phonic Gameboards are printed on 11” X 17” coated card stock.  There are 16 printed gameboards for each of the 3 reading grade levels for a total of 48 gameboards.

Each of the Original 48 Phonic Gameboards and units have a different theme that appeal equally to boys and girls.  Some of the themes include "The Windmill Game" ,"At the Farm", "The Space Race", "Fly the Balloon", "Champion Swimming Team" and "Straight to the Top of the Mountain Game".

The Original 48 Phonic Gameboards teach the same skills and are completely coordinated by unit and phonic skill with all other Reading Sparkers® materials. For a complete list of the 115 phonic skills the gameboards teach, go to Scope and Sequence.

In the Original 48 Phonic Gameboards, the words containing the specific skill being taught in a unit are printed on each space of the game board.  The student “Sees and Says” the words as they progress through the spaces of gameboards. The Original 48 Phonic Gameboards are designed to be used with the teacher and one student or a small group of students.  They are perfect for intervention and breakout groups in classrooms.
