| Each of Reading Sparkers® Motivational Reading Program products are coordinated with the same phonic skills and use a variety of modalities to teach the 115 phonic skills a student needs to read. |
Reading Sparkers® teaches the maximum number of words while still maintaining a fun learning environment and the student's interest. Each successive unit builds upon the skills learned in the previous units as the student's concentration, attention and reading ability increases. All of the Reading Sparkers® materials are divided into levels which equate to grade levels. For example, Level 1 equates to a first grade reading, level,etc. Each level contains 16 units for a total of 48 units. Each unit teaches one or more phonic skills. For example: Unit 1 of each of the components teaches the –at and –an phonic elements. The student is presented with these elements in words, such as cat and hat for the –at element and man and tan for the –an element. |
