Co-Author of Reading Sparkers® Motivational Reading Program™ and an Adjunct Professor of Reading at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ Professor Petrillo has spent his entire career teaching students to read using phonics and developing tools and activities to help the student. He has written many articles and papers on the subject. He not only teaches students how to read, but teaches teachers how to teach students to read.
